JUSTINA CASUARINA a is an educator, focusing on feminine embodiment, sexual sovereignty, menstrual awareness, peri-menopause and beyond. With over 25 years experience, she specialises in Jade Eggs and their teachings, for women's pelvic and sexual health and vitality.
Justina is a leading expert in women's psycho-sexual health & healing. Featured on numerous podcasts and facilitating at conferences throughout Australia. She is known for speaking the unspoken and bringing fresh new perspectives to light. Justina created Cultivating Lifelong Pleasure, Embodiment & Feminine Vitality, to support women of all ages to have empowering practices they can carry throughout their entire lifetime.
Justina holds a vision of a world where women carrying shame and guilt in their bodies
is a thing of the past, and the new norm is women coming home to themselves, holding great love and reverence within, seeing their bodies as the sacred temples that they are. She knows that as women do this, men and children will too, creating profound transformation on the planet.
Mother of two, 20 & 16 years, Justina lives in Byron Bay Australia and is often found swimming or dancing somewhere fabulous.
